Negative: 1. The staff treated us uncomfortably so we were left with the impression that we got the worst rooms. 2. Old rooms and with noise by night from some old appliances under the balcony 3. They insisted on a "government tax" both when we paid in cash at the reception (without a bill) and when we booked and paid online through booking.com (all taxes paid) a few days later
